weight bouncing but own fault! peanut butter addiction full force yesterday!
speed walked to work 3.7m/hr! total steps 17 500 !! yeah me
134.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
