Felt like I needed to kick start my metabolism again so for 3 days (2 days already past) I am eating mostly fruit and a lower calorie intake. Then I will bring myself back to normal levels and continue with my regular exercise program!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1363 kcal Fat: 29.94g | Prot: 82.06g | Carb: 204.15g.   Breakfast: Mi Granola - 1/2 cup serving, cherries, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, raspberries. Dinner: yogurt greek plain, Mi Green Chili with Turkey. Snacks/Other: Ghee (Clarified Butter), low sodium Rice Cakes, thinkThin Protein Bars - Brownie Crunch, clementines, Bananas, Apples. more...
