6 week bootcamp is over tomorrow, moving on to the continuation program and plan to go more often. Really like the community encouragement and coaching.

Going fishing this weekend so will be drinking some beers but will keep it reasonable.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
