Been swimming for last few months so strong/more muscle but have also allowed myself excess post dinner treats which I need to moderate.

Also need to get on scales more often, used to be daily or every other day and now it's around weekly.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
