Well, my weekend goal was to not gain weight - sadly I did gain 1/2 lb, but that's way less than the previous weekend (which I didn't blog about, LOL!). And not bad considering Saturday was my daughter's birthday, and she wanted to celebrate it at the most expensive restaurant in OKC. At least it felt like the most expensive. I had a rack of lamb, did at least put half of it in a to-go box. There was also cheesecake. Then Sunday, Mother's day, I wanted to have breakfast at my fave breakfast place; again not a low-cal affair. For dinner my hubby bought some ribeye steaks, baking potatoes and yes, more cheesecake. I think I've actually had enough cheesecake for awhile. So, really kind of surprising that I only gained 1/2 lb. I think I'll do this again this weekend (minus the expensive restaurants, of course); post my weight on Friday & next Monday with the goal of avoiding the weekend weight gain.

I did get quite a bit of exercise over the weekend, which probably helped, plus I actually tracked food - yay! I ran 4 miles on Saturday & spent 45 minutes on the elliptical last night. This week I'm re-committing to exercise: running 10 miles weekly, two 3-mile runs & one 4-mile; cross-train on the elliptical twice weekly; & do arm & abs training 2-3 times a week (maybe more on the abs). I want to see 145 lbs again, and then lose another 5 lbs by the end of June. I will continue tracking food on FatSecret, shooting for 1200 - 1500 cals daily. Off to a great week!!!
