So finally the scale moved back down - that made me feel good because I know I have been watching my carbs. TOM is here and I am sure that had something to do with the scales not budging or only budging back upward.

I need to finish my exercise journal for yesterday because after I worked out I detailed my car and then I finished painting the bathroom (around the light fixture) and then I cooked dinner. I was ready to fall into bed lastnight.

Today will be busy....DH will be home early and must get chains for the tires (driving over Snoqualmie Pass without them would not be a good idea. I need a rain slicker too for the rainforest and coast....so that entails shopping.

I hope everyone has a great day.

Here is my vent.....just because I work from home does not mean that I am not busy at working. If you see / hear me frantically typing and I am giving you one word responses or say to you "sorry I did not hear a thing on the radio just now because I was intent on what I am typing" then it is a good INDICATOR that I am busy. So therefore you should not get mad at me when I get snappy to you and finally say "I am sorry but I am working on something very important here!". Really, what do you think I am doing? Then you want to be mad at me for being snappy and say "sorry I didn't know". What you didn't know that I was working? What did you think I was doing?!? Then I am left to feel bad because you are mad becuase I was working and you were disturbing me when I was CLEARLY intent on something that I was doing!!!!!!!!!

Okay - sorry that is my doppleganger that comes out when it is TOM.
