Really fighting with myself to lose faster. but i believe my body wants to stop losing....so today i will do a fast...who is the boss? i want to go down to 170lbs....14 lbs more is not that much to ask for. Original goal was to go down to 200lbs..but why stop there...I have cut kcals down below 1000 each day with very low carbs and still nothing to show for all my hard work. i understand what some of my buddies are going through. but by hook or crook i will figure this out.
183.3 lb Lost so far: 34.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

Be safe on this endeavor Fred! Not sure if your height and home structure, but an active man has lots of muscle mass and 1000 calories isn't enough to fuel it 😊 don't want your body to burn muscle instead of fat...good luck!

Fred4win it's taken me two weeks before to get a breakthrough. It looks like you weighed in on April 30th and May7th. Try 1 more week. I think the fast you want to do is going to make it happen, good luck.

Hi guys thanks for your comments...my 36 hour fast just ended this morning and had 3 eggs with the trimmings.....lost 2.2 lbs...now the rest of the week should show the break through....I feel great with much more energy...went for my two hour bicycle ride this morning...all of that without a bathroom visit except to urinate.

I love that your goal weight keeps getting lower and lower... That's amazing for newbies like me to see! Congratulations Fred!
