Total Diet Fail :(

This now appears to be my base weight for the ovulation/just past ovulation time in my cycle.

Started PGX again this week. Got down to 159 while I was on it a couple of summers ago but then despite execise, counting calories & PGX it went back up. When I started synthroid last Dec it was all over. In no time at all, I was back to the 175lb me. I am off synthroid now so please, please let me get down to the 160's again. I hate the 170's.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
