carmen1098, I slept for 5 hours which is a nice number but my goal is to get more sleep. I tried the hypnosis, the f.lux for my monitor, delta waves for soothing sounds, benadryl (unfortunately) and a few other things. I'm going to try a few other things and I will let you know what works for me.I wish you better sleep.

I love to listen to theta waves some nights. Problem is it never fails I have to get up. Not good because it is hard to navigate in that state.

Gayle mudge, low carb or avoiding processed carbs and eating high quality carbs really does work for me. I'm not an advocate of any particular eating style but I can tell a difference. I may try a 21 day Ovo-lacto vegetarian eating plan. I'm curious to see how my body will respond. Best wishes to you. :)
