working on my goal. Down to 279 by monday! Wish me luck.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 139.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

868 kcal Fat: 45.90g | Prot: 60.90g | Carb: 57.13g.   Breakfast: ON 100% Whey, Pure Almond Milk - Original. Lunch: Baby Spinach, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Bacon Bits, Cucumber (with Peel), Ranch Dressing, Boiled Egg. Dinner: Spaghetti Winter Squash, Turkey Breast Meat, Fancy Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Light Fat Free Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other: sugar free parfait, truvia - nature's calorie-free sweetener (40 3.5g packets), Sugar Free French Vanilla Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Advantage Dark Chocolate Almond Coconut Crunch Bar. more...

I do wish you luck! And strength. Sounds like you have a lot to handle. Your son is lucky to have you for a mom. It also sounds like maybe you're still grieving from his birth. I certainly understand. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself. The Lord has a way of making everthing ok. Trust Him. Good luck on your weight loss journey! You are not alone.

I want to thank you for your kind words. I do grieve from his birth and have had a hard time dealing with it. Just when I think I am over it I have a flood of emotions that return. My weight loss is something for me to try to focus on instead of being depressed all the time. I notice that we both started around the same time. You are doing fabulous. Congratulations keep up the good work.
