I've been eating a little more carbs then maybe I was supposed to this past week. All good though, from nuts and veggies. Still, I think it has slowed my weight loss some. I still can't kick my morning cup of coffee though. And... still haven't gotten around to starting my excercising.... (I can't even spell that word) lol
The one thing that has helped me a great deal on this diet.... Sticking to a bedtime schedule. I 'used' to be a late night snacker. Going to bed earlier has really helped me jump start this diet. Now that my body is in ketosis... those cravings have 'almost' subsided. (I think a few are hanging around inside my brain though, lol) I go to bed before I start getting really tired, and I win.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
