Out of town yesterday, so I he to eat out. First time since I started Whole30. Wasn't that difficult. Salad w/ grilled shrimp (asked for no cheese or ranch and oil & vinegar instead). Then pork carnitas for dinner (no tortillas, substitute veggies instead of the rice and beans).
178.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week
