Earlier this year, I mentioned in a post that as long as you have more successes than fails, you will get there. I am living proof. I may have great intentions, but I am human and I am prone to moments of weakness. As I mature on this journey, I am not beating myself up as much when I screw up and try to limit my screw ups to one meal not a days worth and also make sure I am not doing that back to back days. I screwed up last night but as of today, I am 29.6 pounds down since the beginning of the year. This week is spring break for the kiddos and I am home for the rest of the week. The family size bags of Doritos cool ranch and regular, the huge box of goldfish DO NOT EXIST. I am working on my sexy beach body for August.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Feeding my grand kids presents a challenge. they love good food and junk food but need those yummy mac and cheese type carbs to run and play all day..and I love anything smooshy like mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, yum! Good luck over Spring break, those Doritos are gross anyway...just sayin... :)

Thanks all. I just added another notch in my success belt. I took the boys to the the Jungle book and they had the large combo and no soda or popcorn for me. An absolute 1st. Who is this guy?

Great job!! Work on that body. I need to be more like you and when I see my hubby's Doritos (which by the way, I would never buy cuz I am not a fan of them but eat just cuz they are there) act more like you. I am the worst at giving in. You are an inspiration.
