Slow going! Went to my Mom's yesterday while I was in the city for an appointment. She fixed a dinner dish which included pasta. I ate it rather than pick it out and leave a pile of curly noodles on the plate. Probably a mistake. Took the grandkids back to their parents yesterday too. Sent the brownies that were left home with them. Well, a pound is a pound, better than a gain. I'll take it!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
