I need to cut back; I have been enjoying a lot of treats/birthday cake, etc. I am still walking almost daily, 5 miles on the treadmill. But as history notes all the exercise in the world does not help if calories are being consumed. Stay tuned. I really do not want to go above 189 lbs.
