Oh boy, my eating was bad bad last week. Went out to celebrate a birthday Saturday. Decided to enjoy eating whatever for the last time. I did exercise last week and slowly getting over that stiffness but able push thru and do whatever. Today's the day to get my eating under control. I'm going to join a challenge for some motivation or at least to track. Unbelievable how quickly all of bad habits returned.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
