Okay so another day down at the gym and I am feeling better because of it. I have a new buddy on here so hopefully if I do seem to be falling off the charts someone will put out an APB for me and pull me back in *smile*.

The weekend will be the challenge, but since my husband is getting a massage Saturday morning I may try to take off for the gym then OR see if he wants to go afterwards and sit in the sauna while I work out. We have a dinner Saturday night and I have no idea what will be served. I will plan on eating some cheese and beef sticks before so just in case it is something that is high in carbs I will not be starving.
218.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Always good to plan ahead for dinners. I always try to cut calories a few days ahead of time, just in case :) Good job on hitting the gym! I've been sick this week, so haven't got my walking in. Once the cough is gone, it's back at it though.

Thanks Christy! Good idea. I must admit getting back into the 'atkins groove' I have not been as attentive to the calories as I have been to the carbs. However, I will try to really watch it hard the next couple of days. I believe I will do an hour at the gym today and tomorrow. Typically I get at least 1/2 an hour (350 calories). One of the challenges I just joined is to do an hour two days a week so I am incorporating that. I believe an hour today AND tomorrow is a good idea. Thanks for the suggestions! I hope you get to feeling better it is so tough to get down with a cold and especially when there is a cough involved...seems like sometimes you can hardly ever shake it!!
