Determined once again to back into the routine of things, have been under some stress, but at least I lost some weight and that's a plus. It can only get better from here on out! It's a nice day so I'm gonna go for a walk for maybe about an hour. It will be good for me to get out since its so nice out and put my pedometer on and Mp3 player on and do what U need to do for myself from here on out. I'd like to start doing some cardio aerobics to on a daily basis, and going back to eating right. Would like to cut out all sugars, breads, pasta and carbs and drink lots of water along with eating a small amount of fruit a day.;) I need to remind myself I need to live for myself, my children and my husband and no one else, and don't let the negativity, disrespect of others get the best of me, I'm way better then that.;)!!
184.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
