Im back. Again I went M.I.A because of bad eating. It is a very stressful time in my life at the moment - my husband is moving to Perth for work - and I have made the decision to stay behind in Melbourne for now. Lucky I have the job that I do, and will be able to see him a couple of times a week at the least. Anyway, I want to weigh myself tomorrow morning to see the damage but for today, I will be in damage control mode. I am so grateful that everyone here is so non judgemental and we motivate each other to do our best. Hope everyone else is going along nicely :)
194.0 lb Lost so far: 33.3 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you for your encouraging comment loosing weight is a struggle for a lot of us and support is very helpful. As our weights are nearly similar hope we stimulate each other in trying extra hard not to compete but to guide faults. Cheers Bernie0961

My 3rd time around 17 kg put back on but hard work and healthy food with 4 kg to go now happens to the best of us you got thisx
