BIG BIG GAIN!!!

I have taken a break for my birthday and have had no proper fast days for the last week.

This 5.2kg gain is mostly food and water which I will digest and get rid of by next week if I get back on track.

240.7 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 11.5 lb a week

BBO I read on that fasting by Dr Fung, it is mind blowing the damage we doing with food to our bodies when it only needs water and little food thank you so much for that insight I'm so inspired to do the proper fast and not what I was calling it which is more of a detox than a fast. I'm well informed now and will be reading up some more on that website, it has a lot of similarities to Banting and I've done Banting before and lost weight just need to keep it as a lifestyle than as a weightloss mechanism

Yeah, there's no way you ate an extra 5000, calories per day... is there?

NorthernMusician I ate alot of high calorie food but my gain is not stored weight of food converted into fat. I'ts temporary weight gain. If one drinks 3L to 5L of water in a day + food then one would also see a big weight gain on the scale. From previous experience of such indulging I've found that I can lose 3kg+ within a week of getting back on my 4:3 and low carb days. LOL @SmartygirlCA I wish it was all muscle :D :P :) I'm not stressing about this gain at all. My weight is going to be up a bit for April due to a few bday parties. I'll just continue as I know I can drop it once I'm back on track.
