Been feeling like yuck....Its been non-stop since Saturday but things are calming down.....
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

You need to do things for yourself you are the one who most directly benefit but so does the rest of your family and all of your loved ones when you take care of yourself you are better able to help take care of them we're always here for support in any way we can maybe if you find more interesting ways to prepare meals the family doesn't notice that you're changing everyone's way of life
