*headdesk* I hate when the numbers go UP instead of down. I've been doing an awful job dieting as of late. Between flat out eating things I know I shouldn't just because I can, eating things I know I shouldn't out of necessity, and missing my workouts because of work, Nekocon and taking care of things around the apartment....

I'm just grateful the numbers aren't even higher! I'm going to try my best to work out a bit harder this week. This is going to be rough because I have four double shifts at work starting tomorrow (meaning I won't have time to come home for lunch). I can't even bring anything because I have nowhere to store it during shift.

I also got a really good tip from a friend at Nekocon...Despite the fact I'm dropping weight, my calves are still MASSIVE. They're not fat though, it's mainly muscle. He said that it's due to a lack of stretching, and if I take the time to stretch before, during and after my exercising, the muscle tone should start to become lean.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 November 2011:
350 kcal Fat: 8.00g | Prot: 15.00g | Carb: 54.00g.   Lunch: healthy choice meatloaf. more...
gaining 0.2 lb a week

My calves are like that, too. Solid muscle- and I always assumed it's 'cause they were the only things working to carry my weight! That makes me want to get back into yoga; though, there really isn't enough room in the new apartment for it... (-_-;) Good luck with the double shifts- pack some dried fruit and low sodium jerky, or look up some bento box ideas- lots of that stuff is meant to just be stored in a padded lunch bag with no fridge and no way to re-heat depending on where you worked.
