On Sunday October 30th I weighed 161.4 Nd that was after a week of trying to carefully put everything on to the calorie counter, then the following week I though I didn't care so nothing went into the calorie counter though I noticed myself getting less hungry and eating about half of what I normally eat before I am full.. Which led me to loose a little more weight. I still have not integrated working out into the picture yet but I'm working on getting a gym class at Meremac, hopefully it will help!
