Four days, 5 lbs! I'm pretty excited about the loss! My goal for November is together down to 215 which requires losing 18 lbs - I'm hoping on this diet I really can do that.


The best part is I'm not hungry, no starving pains. The worse part is some of the foods, specifically the green tea and the kefir. Both are doable but not something I would reach for otherwise. I'm finding the plain yogurt mixed with sugar free jam to actually taste good, so I might eventually just drop the kefir, although supposedly I'll lose mores weight using it.

The other issue is constipation - even drinking all the water each day - I'm well over 8 8 oz glasses - I'm getting bound up. I think I'll try taking fibercon more often, twice a day, and see if that helps.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
