Happy with my drop!!
Crossfit class today:
4 sets - 10 back squats & 6 front squats (use same weight for both) I used 20kg.
5 rounds:
45 sec - sledgehammer strikes 15 sec - rest 45 sec - slam ball toss 15 sec - rest 45 sec - KB cleans 15 sec - rest
