That one surprised me. On my way south. Raining and cool. Perfect conditions for driving. (Beats icy and blowing snow.) Leaving at 8. Stopping in Williams Lake to lift, then on to Vernon. I should be in by Midnight.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
