I still think that before too long I'll see the 190's. It's seems I've been between 200 & 205 a long time, no matter what I try. Just not trying hard enough I suppose.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have been stuck in the 150s. About 151 actually. I have seen the 140s ONCE in the last two years and that was the day before thanksgiving. I can relate. I am keeping a hand written journal to keep me on track sometimes i notice I am eating things too often than I should. The journal keeps me honest.

I keep a journal as well, keeping track of food I eat & exercise I do. Usually I live the Low Carb, Keto lifestyle. This week I'm doing the GM Diet. Lost 5 pounds in 4 days last time I tried it. Yesterday I ate only fruit, today only vegetables. going to do the whole 7 days this time. Good luck, the 140's are just around the corner.
