This weekend is going to be tough! We're eating out twice tomorrow be cause of the PBR and again Saturday night. In other news, I'm about a third of the way to my final goal!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I've already picked some filling things that are low calorie and low portion and have adjusted the rest of my day accordingly. It's easy to know in advance so I can plan the rest of the day
