Another 110 oz of water, 275 squats, 2 planks plus an hour and 20 minute workout at the gym. Ate really good, no cravings, no cheating. Feeling so great!! So close to 199...so excited!!
200.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I do 25 squats after each bathroom break, and drinking over 100 oz of water causes lots of bathroom breaks! Lol
