Good Friday. A three day weekend for me. Plans for me time today. An hour at the range followed by a Costco run.
Down 3+ pounds. I went ahead and recorded it.
Thinking about what to bring for dessert tomorrow. There are no foods that will be good for me, so I need to get creative. Wrestling with buying something or baking something. Maybe I will research.
Keep thinking about what you can do every day to make it better for you. After all, you are your own goose whose golden eggs represent your future.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
