wow loving the whoosh fairy right now!!!
263.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL Squiggs! Down another clothing size I'm convinced Primal is the way to go... been drinking more protein shakes than I should but I weigh more than I did doing Atkins but am wearing smaller clothes... size 16 today but didn't weigh so I will tomorrow.
