Hello: I completed the NYU challenge this past Thursday, weighing in at 180lbs and that equals a 23 pound loss in 6 weeks. I am delighted, I worked hard, and am very thankful that the challenge was available. The challenge helped me to meet my weight goal expectation and now I have been eating lots of nuts and fruits and easing into the finishing line next month. I did consume a couple big bags of Kit Kats. However, I will try to maintain my weight as I begin to eat carbs and the all I want foods next month.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
