OK.Back again. Journal, weight, etc. set to private. This is about you. You and only you. YOU are the one who can change you. YOU are the one who let food win the stress game. Food doesn't love you or care for you or fix things, Paula. Only YOU do that.

Please, please let this be the last time. You are killing yourself. You know it at your core; and yet, you continue to be self-destructive. You choose the easy way out. Food hasn't solved one single problem for you. Not one. In fact, it makes things harder. Harder to bend over. Harder to get back up. Harder to breathe. Harder to move. It may give you that minute of "wow, you deserve this", but it is followed by regret that lasts FAR LONGER than that initial sated feeling. You hate your clothes and yet you have 100's of outfits just waiting. Just waiting for you to lose the weight you need to get into them. To feel better.

So stop it. Stop making excuses. The people at work could give a shit about you. They don't car if you miss a deadline - what are they going to do about it, after all? Do it themselves?? Baahaahaahaa. That was damned funny. Get to the gym every day. EVERY DAY.

One day, no! One hour. You are at one hour right now. Get through that hour. Eat right. Lose weight. Get to the gym. Work out at hokme. Feel better. You need to. You can. YOU CAN DO THIS.
