Well winter fat set in and laziness on my part spring is here and I'm back to it.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1930 kcal Fat: 87.64g | Prot: 119.43g | Carb: 186.21g.   Breakfast: Sargento Muenster Cheese, Jack Link's Turkey Snack Sticks, Trader Joe's Natural Turkey Jerky. Lunch: Butter, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Brown Gravy, Turkey Breast Meat. Snacks/Other: Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels, Clementines, Apples. more...
