Thanks all. I'm sure next week will be up but I'm so confused with this whole workout eat more schedule. I'm trying to go by my watch cals but with that I'm hardly ever at a deficit and this plan has me going up to 2000 cals. Yes, they are good food but that's a lot for my tummy. But I'm giving it a shot so I can honestly review this program. I wanted to have a square of my chocolate but it's not on the list. And I'm suppose to eat 4 containers of carbs a day. I'm only doing 45 min DVDs here... But maybe since its everyday but one I need all that. Then in confused about the pre and post. As I said 45 mins of the DVDs I don't think I need to worry about the post due to I've been doing this kind of stuff twice a week without the weights. Who knows time will tell. I'm going to do the lift routine later and I'm popping anothe pb egg when I'm done! I know I push myself with those weights. I was sore for days from those chest flies. Lol. Anywho. I do have a coach who told me to write down what I've had for the past three days and what times and how much water. I'll see what he has to say.
