No change in my weight for nearly a month. Keeps going from 200 to 204, up & down. I'm eating right but not getting much exercise because I hurt my knee. It'll be alright, it's not a diet, but a lifestyle.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
