I've no words to express my elation... This has been the easiest way to lose weight. Can't believe I didn't do the 4:3 fasting before, or ever heard of it before!!!!

It is sooooo amazing!!
170.9 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
