That is when the honey moon ends :o)

Weight went down steadily for about a week and a few days and then the scale stalls. That is when I need to keep focusing on the objective and keep my resolutions. Things are going well, but if I let the scale tell me that I'm not progressing, I'll loose focus and then horror will ensue!

195.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take measurements. You will loose inches witch won't show on the scale. You may need to ajust your macros as you loose weight. If I stall it means I'm getting to comfortable with things and thats when I need to go back to the basics. Keep on keeping on !

You can't always listen to the scale. I have lost inches but not weight at times. You got this!
