jmb3450's Journal, 12 March 2016

196 lbs, up from my last weigh in but in the meantime I'd wandered up to 198 so I'm going in the right direction...not unhappy with this number. Going to work this morning with a charity for those in need, then corned beef and cabbage with family to celebrate St Patrick's Day (a little early). Might have a green beer or 2. Have a great weekend!

Well....all I can say is that if it was edible and wasn't nailed down, I ate it. Haven't had an eating blowout like that since I started this journey. No lasting damage....fasting today (Sunday) at least until evening.

NICE!!!!! I am sure those people appreciate your work!!!! 196 for males is pretty good, usually a tall male is between 190-180 for perfect healthy weight!! Great Job!!! :)

You are doing great, you need to give yourself some slack. You are my hero with the way you are losing weight. Just don't become to obsessed.
