It's getting really hard not to be discouraged. I've been logging my food into Fitbit, exercising multiple times a week, meeting my step goals almost everyday, but I have literally nothing to show for it. I don't know what to do but pray which I've been doing. There has to be a reason behind this. I'm not feeling as strong as I was, and I'm definitely not looking any stronger. It sucks to be serious and it backfire with no results for several weeks in a row. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I have found something similar recently. I'm hovering around 214. Can't get too much below it, then, BAM! I'm above it. However, I've been here before. It starts dropping again. Learn from what you eat and how it affects you. Make small habit changes to accentuate the positive. It'll happen! :)

Are you tracking all your food honestly? Are you staying hydrated? Are you following plan 100 percent or going off and on? Are you getting plenty of protein, lean dairy and fruits and veggies? Are you eating too many processed foods? Are you being consistent? Do your clothes feel more loose? Sometimes the scales stay the same but we lose fat? Look at your plan and make changes where you need to. This is a life long journey.

Please don't be discouraged. Keep logging in, praying...you are setting yourself up for success. Your cloths will fit better...you will feel more energetic and/or your scale will move the right direction...something good WILL happen. What pretty smiles you both have in your profile photo :)

Exercise has a lot of benefits, but weight loss isn't one of them. You lose weight in the kitchen, if you're not getting the results you want you need to rethink what you're eating.
