Finally. I am at a new low. 190. And that marks my 30 lb loss. I am really happy about that!! Did great this weekend. The worst thing I had was a sugar free fat free ice cream from Bruesters.

We went shopping yesterday. My husband was actually down 2 pant sizes. He was very pleasantly surprised and looks so much thinner with pants that actually fit. I am really happy for him. He is doing really good. I shouldn't say this but I didn't think he would last this long. I think his upcoming 10 year reunion is a little incentive for him. Whatever works!

Here's to another week of success.

190.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb. Still to go: 30.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

Congratulations!!! 30 pounds is a major deal, you must be so proud of yourself and your husband. I bet you both look great. Keep up the good work. :)
