An unofficial weigh in, as I did not have dinner last night!!!! Let's see what tomorrow holds for me!!
171.3 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Niiiice!!!! Well done and I bet you are super excited! Just take note that recording unofficial weights will make your weight chart go up and down alot. I record unofficial weight on my journal so I can still monitor it and not cause lots of mixed movements on my weight chart. Just a tip for you if you dont want a very noisy weight chart.

Leksie I'm curious about your experiencee : how was your hunger this morning compared to your hunger at dinner time last night ?

I'd say I was hungrier in the morning, as I did have some alcohol last night, which I think suppressed my appetite. What is your experience?

I do no-food fasting and found that on a fast day I feel the hunger in the last few hours just before I sleep but when I get up in the morning the hunger has lessened to a point that I dont even feel like eating so I only break my fast later at midday. I guess the body adapts.

Yeah, I'm sure it does. I've only been doing the fasting for 2 weeks now, so I will give you better feedback when I'm more experienced.;-)
