I have reached my goal weight today. I want to get down to 170lbs by the first week of April with the hope of trying or wanting to maintain the goal weight of 185lbs. I have been walking 5 miles regularly on the treadmill which has assisted me in shedding a lot of water weight. Stay tuned.
