Thanks! My hope was to reach my goal by by the end of February. I think it was a little too aggressive. Looking at my trending highs and lows, I'm pretty sure I'll reach 155 sometime during this month. Im losing about 4 lbs per month and my current average weight is somewhere around 159. So, by this time next month, I should be on to new goals!!

Thanks all! as for diet, Scalewatcher, I'm not really following anything formal. I eat a good bit of fruit (apples, oranges, 2 banana's a day, nuts and berries), usually a salad with veggies and occasionally something small for dinner. I don't eat breakfast or anything after 7 pm. Usually 2 cups of coffee, but I've been drinking half-caf lately because I don't really feel the need for it much anymore. Of course, that's only 1/2 the story. On Thursday's, I go to lunch with my boss, and we usually have a Jersey Mikes sub or something fast foodish. And weekends, I usually make something stromboli-ish. I'd probably lose more if I was really strict about the fast food and such. I think I basically eat very minimal calories 3-4 days a week, and then live a little the other part of the week. I weigh in every day, but mainly I watch for new lows and lower highs. I think the running helps too. Not for weight loss, but it helps to tone everything, and on days I run, I eat around my running schedule. If I know I'm going to run and I don't want to run on a full stomach (that hurts!), it really keeps me focused on not eating until after I run. If I run far enough, all I do is drink a lot of water after, which is filling for a bit and I don't eat until much later in the day. It's not very scientific, but it seems to be working, so... I don't know. I guess I just try to put a lot of good, natural foods into my body, exercise, get some decent sleep, yet live a little with some fun foods.
