OMG! I did not follow Atkins AT ALL this past week because I was sooo sick! I mean not at all!! Almost everything I ate had noodles in it and i had ice cream every night bc it helped my throat! Ha! But really, it did help my throat! How did I lose 3 pounds? HAHA! I was SO scared to weigh myself after this week, so, I was going to wait until next week...oh well...I have nothing to fear apparently!
Well, I went to the grocery store tonight to get my chicken broth and lettuce for the fast I'm starting tomorrow to jumpstart my re-entry into my strict diet and exercise routine...and while I was in the grocery store, I decided on a box of oreos. Hahaha! I am terrible, I know. I've been back on Atkins for 2 days, but, haven't been exercising...I will start exercising tomorrow and also begin my fast...
My fast is gonna be only Chix broth and salads until I lose 5 pounds, then I will go back to eatin' regular Atkins foods...but I love chicken broth and all the "free" soups I can make with it, so, really, it's a healthy and easy alternative...Thanks Lori for the idea btw...i think it'll really jumpstart my weightloss and get my mind back in gear to LOSE THIS WEIGHT!!!
Next Sunday, I want to weigh 180...that will be 10 lbs away from my goal that I want to reach by Oct. 31st...hmmm..looks like I just might need to have a harder goal!

Oh and this fast will also help me get in my veggies...which I am really bad about...unfortunately...I love them, but, they take some time to prepare sometimes ya know? Salads are quick and relatively cheap...I'll let you all know how my fast goes...the results will be in next Sunday when I weigh myself!!!

hahaha I know if anybody has faith in me it's definitely you...hahaha...never thought that when I came to fatsecret and let all my dirty laundry of my past air out to complete strangers that I would have a fan club...you are amazing! And I really appreciate your friendship!
