I was very motivated to try to loose weight this week because I had been dieting for 40- something days and because of little indulgences I was not loosing anything. This week I just tried to not cheat and I think it worked a little...
163.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
