Very disappointed, but a loss is a loss is a loss .
248.4 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 88.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

You have lost 51.6 pounds in 5 months and 1 week! That is ASTONISHING! Most of us have zigzag graphs, which is completely normal. You are doing the most amazing job! I am so not kidding! It took me 15 months to lose 50 pounds. You did it in FIVE! You have zero reason to be very disappointed because you are doing a fantastic job. Be so proud of yourself, stay the course, and expect results that vary over time. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I am crazy impressed by you! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH - you are doing great! Your body is just catching up - sometimes it is slower, but you have lost over 50 pounds and there is an adjustment now. Stay the course, buddy! Proud of you!
