Day 6, ate bad yesterday, hamburger, chips and potato salad at golf course, mc rib sand and fries for dinner...I can't believe I lost...imagine what I could do if I ate what I was supposed to.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
