That's amazing. I read your bio. You're competition lean. I'm working on getting to 10%. I'd be interested to know your diet and know what your lifting routine is like. You're obviously not just running to get that level of definition.

@Northernmuscian ... I just finished The Master's Hammer and Chisel. I ran almost every day as well. I've done almost all he beachbody programs. I eat fairly clean, but I'm not afraid to treat myself with candy, chocolate, wine or steal fries from my kids. I life as heavy as I can and I love cardio..... like Turbo Fire, Les Mils Combat and some T25 discs. I can cardio for HOURS. I calculate my body fat at 10.72% using that white accu-measure fat pincher thingy. Its time to update my bio ...and profile pic!!
