I have fallen off track for many month, I am surprised that my gain was not larger. We are going to tighten up for a bit and see if we can recover this de-railed train and get back on track.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
